At Aset Group Consulting and Counselling Services we provide individual counselling, trauma -focused psychotherapy, play and expressive arts therapy to adults, children, and youth.

Education and Experience
Our senior clinicians possess a Master’s degree in Social Work and Counselling Psychology, along with over 6 years of counselling experiences or 5000 clinical hours.
Our junior therapists possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related field and possess less than 6 years of counselling experiences.  They possess years of experience in social services, informal counselling and training within a mental health centre.
Our interns possess a Bachelor degree and are in a Master’s degree program in a related field.  They possess years of experience in social services, informal counselling and training within a mental health centre.

What to expect:

Counselling sessions range from short term (1-3) sessions to long-term (more than 12 sessions). Appointments are generally scheduled bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed basis. You can terminate counselling whenever you desire.
