Our unique, collaborative and innovative approach to equity leadership, organizational change, and training will support your leaders and people with the foundation to promote healthy outcomes.
All children and youth deserve to live, learn and work in environments where they can succeed and achieve the best outcomes. Systemic oppression, anti-Black racism, anti-Indigenous racism, and intersections of ‘isms are statistically evidenced to lead to poorer outcomes for Black, Indigenous youth. Organizations are encouraged to adopt an anti-oppressive practice framework that address white privilege, systemic racism, historical evidence of oppression, reflexive practice, and systemic change. Consider us to institute change.
Policy Development, Board recruitment, Leadership change, and organizational management are key features to creating change in social services. Our team works in collaboration with your organization to develop these changes step by step.
