We are looking for talented and driven staff team member to support the development of youth-related outreach programs. This part-time program is geared to support our team to develop and facilitate youth programs, to organize workshops, and to provide mentorship to youth.
The ideal candidate possesses a diploma or degree in social services or child/youth, and have experience working with Black, Indigenous and racialized youth. Successful criminal reference check, and three professional references.
Key competencies: ability to use the computer, website development, working with children and youth, understanding families, anti-oppressive practice, program development, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, and strong interpersonal skills.

Social Media/ Marketing Consultant

Position Details:
Develop social media presence for a youth engagement program, promote youth advocacy and awareness, and mentorship. Prepare weekly blog posts and special interest items Organize and arrange workshops spaces and locations. Prepare monthly statistics on referrals, media analytics, and engagement in workshops and online. Support staff as needed. Ensure the provision of equitable, respectful, and culturally relevant service

Program Development Staff

We are looking for talented and driven staff team members, registered in school or in students for May to September 2021. This full-time, summer experience program is geared to support our team to develop and facilitate youth programs, to enhance and review our social media and marketing, to contribute to our resource library, and similar activities.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or enrolled in a College or University program in September 2021. Successful criminal reference check, and three professional references.
Key competencies: ability to use the computer, website development, working with children and youth, understanding families, anti-oppressive practice, program development, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, and strong interpersonal skills.
Benefits: ability to work from home for 75% of the placement, competitive compensation: $15/hr-$20/hr, webcam and microphone.
Research Development Staff

We are looking for talented and driven staff team members, registered in school or in students for May to September 2021. This full-time, summer experience program is geared to support our team to develop online learning courses, to enhance and review our social media and marketing, to contribute to our resource library, and develop a funding profile.
The ideal candidate is a second year or recent graduate enrolled in a College or University program in September 2021. Successful criminal reference check, and three professional references.
Key competencies: ability to use the computer, website development, working with children and youth, understanding families, anti-oppressive practice, program development, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, and strong interpersonal skills.
Benefits: ability to work from home for 100% of the placement, competitive compensation ranging up to $75/hr, webcam and microphone.
