
Anxiety and Emotional Regulation Group

This virtual group supports adults in developing relationships with other group members and teaches skills to help cope with anxiety and emotional wellness. While emotions are healthy, sometimes our emotions can become so difficult that it impacts our lives, our relationships, and our quality of our wellbeing. Over the course of seven weeks we will explore cultural and generational influences on understandings of anxiety, discuss distress tolerance and develop grounding skills.
This group will be led by two mental health professionals every Friday from November to mid December.
