
Mindfulness Mondays
Program Type: adults, group
This virtual group will be held over 12 Monday sessions from September through February.
This group will be available to individuals aged 17 and older to learn mindfulness practices that will assist them in their quality of life outcomes and managing stress.
Mindfulness practices have been linked to increase emotional regulation and awareness, connecting mind, body and spirit.
The goal is for individuals to leave feeling more in touch with themselves and increase positive self-talk and self-compassion.
