
Ujima Group- Striving to achieve balance in career work and home responsibility
Balancing work, career exploration or goals, and other aspects of life may feel stressful and/or overwhelming.
This future virtual Monday evening group will include aspects of career counselling insights and interventions, strengths-based personal exploration, stress reduction internal tools and skills for fostering holistic wellness and greater sense of balance.
Some topics explored include psychoeducation on stress and burnout, exploring strengths and interest through career counselling resources and scales, self-reflection on roles in life, and exploring topics related to work and life, gaining tools to cope with work stress.
Group members will be welcomed by a mental health professional and facilitators will be available through the program.
This group is set to begin in 2023 and registration is now open.
