About the Organization

Since its inception, Ifarada’s service delivery and capacity have increased tremendously. Given the rapid changes, Ifarada is seeking a skilled consultant to guide and strengthen Ifarada’s leadership team to align with its Africentric governance model.
The leadership team is a four-member team, including a Program Manager, a Clinical Team Lead, a Youth Professional Team Lead, and the Executive Director. The leadership team provide a mentorship model for team oversight and guidance and focuses on the training and development of team member’s skills and expertise.
